Newborn jaundice is very common and can occur when babies have a high level of bilirubin, a yellow pigment produced during normal breakdown of red blood cells.
https://www.dll-files.com/d3dcompiler_43.dll.html go to this page and download D3DCOMPILER.dll from there and unzip it and dont open the .dll but put it in the same directory as the game and open the game and it should work
