Yes! The game was originally made in UE4 in 48 hours for the GMTK2020 game jam. The latest version has had a few extra days of polish work done on it 😁
We're all professional game devs. I personally learnt unreal across a mixture of game jams and projects at work, but studied games tech at university first.
I'm so glad you were able to share your final vision for this game via the GMTK Missers Jam because otherwise, I doubt anyone can know if this game would've ever been shown to the world! This is definitely one of the most memorable short horror games I've ever played because of the ridiculously funny ragdoll physics of the baby and the storyline. It's a simple concept executed beautifully and I doubt there are very many players who didn't laugh at least once or go "WTF" while playing this. Following to see what comes next!

i wasnt able to play the game, i did all the steps but there was no GMTK2020.exe. There was a GMTK2020 and a GMTK2020.sh and neither opened the game when i double clicked on them, they one showed a box with about 5 or 6 lines of code
I finally got around to playing this game, I know that the "newer version" is out but one of my subscribers asked me to play this one! I loved it! Honestly for a 48 hour jams this game was really well put together and rather fleshed out. If it wasn't for the "time limit" per se, I would've really liked it to be longer (I don't know, I think that I just really enjoyed playing as a babysitter to a demon baby 😂)
in my case it says "code execution cannot continue because D3DCOMPLIER_43.dll not found. Downloading the file again may solve the problem." I downloaded the game again but problem is not solved.
You could try reinstalling the latest version of Direct X on your machine. You can find information here. It sounds like that file is corrupted in some way on your machine. Have you had issues running other graphics programs (games, etc)?
